Viewing

We support viewing though Flash Player. You will need the following to view

  • A minumum of a 1 MB broadband line
  • A PC or similar device that supports flash player
  • The latest version of flash player

We support viewing on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

We support limited playback on some android phones through flash.

To view playback on the iPhone/iPad/Android mobile devices go to www.churchservices.tv and you will be redirected to our mobile site.

Recordings

Recordings are at the descretion of the Churches. On the main schedule and on each Churches page beside the times of the services an * appears indicating that the service is being recorded. If you would like a service recorded please contact each Church directly.

Each recording can be downloaded for future play back. 

Each recording of a daily mass is available for 1 month and then is removed. Services can be store permenantly at the discretion of the Church.

Troubleshooting

The stream keep says buffering...

This usually means there is no stream coming from the Church. Live streaming is run at the discretion of each Cathedral or Church. In most cases we monitor streams 24/7 and in event of a system crash we will restart the stream. If the stream is offline we have usually have been notified and will get it back live as quickly as possible.

The stream is constantly starting and stopping.

Check your broadband line speed by visiting www.speedtest.net. Click on begin and wait for the test to run. Your download speed needs to be greater than 0.35Mbps.

Can I view the live streams my IPhone or IPad.

Yes

I am on an Android phone and I can't view the live streams through flash.

We have limited support for live streaming to android phones through flash player.

We are currently working on support for all android phones.

I'm using Internet Explored 6 and the site doesn't work properly.

We no longer support the use of Internet Explorer 6 on ChurchServices.tv, we recommend uupgrading to Firefox, Chrome, or Internet Explorer 9 (if you are using Windows 7).
