I’ve learned that you’ll miss your parents when they’re gone, that making a living is not the same as making a life, and that life can give you a second chance.
I’ve learned that you shouldn’t just take from life—you need to give something back.
I’ve learned that even when I have pains, I don’t have to be one, and that a kind word, a warm hug, or a friendly touch can mean so much.
I’ve learned that I still have a lot to learn.
Most of all, I’ve learned that people may forget what you said or did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
