Healing.

The Quiet Ways We Heal

And one day, you realise healing was never loud.

It lived in the smaller moments you almost missed.

In the soft laughs, the deep breaths, the pauses where you finally let yourself rest. 

It was in speaking to yourself more gently. In choosing peace over proving. 

In being loved without having to perform for it.

 Staying with your feelings instead of running, letting yourself be human. 

Life was never only about the big things.

 It’s the calm after tears, the comfort of being understood,

the simple moments that make you feel safe inside your own life.
